RE: EXTRA ORDINARY MEETING

Following our emergency board meeting on the 4th of January 2012 at our office in Mutai, I am directed to inform you that pastor Alex Miracle is terminated as a representative and employee of Whisper, The Worlds Orphanage Fund - One World Orphanage & Education and Whisper's First Child Academy of Hope.
It was resolved that pastor Alex Miracle has been terminated from the organization as a trustee and worker according to the rules and regulation of the constitution 18.1 Section 72 of the Charities Act 1993, section 1a quoted "he is being convicted of any offense involving dishonesty". To keep Alex Miracle as a part of our organization could be leading in financial loss and closure of the projects in the future.
Police has been informed and started work on his arrest. Pastor Alex Miracle will be charged in front of the court facing Ugandan law. This is a lesson for anyone trying to misuse our trust and organization's objectives into their own personal benefit based on children's misery.
