1.0 Introduction

Whisper, The Worlds Orphanage Fund operates One World Orphanage & Education is based in Mutai Village, Kanyale Road, Kagoma Sub-County and currently accommodate 17 children and provide free education to 24 children. We are currently registering a new name in Uganda: “Whisper, The Union for Child Care, Outreach & Education.”
School built in Kagoma Gate, Kakira Sub-County provides education to more than 100 children in various classes with uniforms and school meals.
Whisper employs 24 local staff and helps families with children in the rural village through its regular outreach & community work such is “Jigger Free Community Program” or community trainings.

    3.0 Charity Activities
    3.1 Provides transitional home for orphaned and neglected children who lives in live-threatening conditions
    3.2 Provides family support and reunites children back to their homes free of health hazards

3.3 Provides free food & education to the selective children or orphans from extremely poor family background
3.4 Assist in medical treatments by providing financial support and supportive staff to the beneficiaries/patients or mothers with sick children
3.5 Performs “Jigger Free Community Program” in various villages around Mutai & Kagoma Gate area, in Jinja district, by trained First Aid staff

4.0 Achievements
4.1 Whisper has successfully re-united five (5) children back to their families to the improved homes who are closely monitored by our social workers. Children appear very happy and healthy and they are able to face day to day challenges of the difficult village life. Whisper continues providing support with their education.
4.2 Whisper purchased 11 acre land in Lugangu, Najja, Buikwe District for further development in education and employment for all current and future beneficiaries.
4.3 Whisper had delivered new beds, mattresses, blankets and mosquito nets to 20 families living in rural communities around the villages in Mutai, Buwenge, Kayunga, and improved sleeping conditions to around 100 children in range of 10 km around Mutai village, Jinja District.
4.4.Whisper’s work was recognized by New Vision Newspapers who published two articles in May & June 2013 (Article about Jigger Free Community work & Kawala Harriet, a cancer patient).
4.5. Whisper's work was documented for an Ugandan TV WBS in October 2013.
4.6 Whisper provided a borehole to the community in Lugangu village, Buykwe district.
4.7 Whisper was nominated for “Tumaini Awards” in May 2013.

5.0 Challenges faced
Whisper’s challenge is to overcome tricky situations in families &

communities and recognize false statements given by potential and current beneficiaries.
Other challenges are untrue information given by people we were looking to employ.
6.6 Solutions to the challenges faced
Whisper has strengthened its ability in tight supervision and investigation of Whisper’s beneficiaries as well as its employees. Improved rules & regulations applied.
7.0 Future Plans
7.1 Whisper plans to expand about two to three classes at Whisper’s First Child Academy of Hope in Kagoma Gate, Jinja District and give improved quality of education to the benefitaries.
7.8 Whisper plans to arrange a marathon.
7.7 Whisper plans to deliver improved trainings to the communities especially in hygiene and family planning and involve corporate bodies within this program.
7.7 Whisper will continue raising funds for Whisper International Boarding School in Lugangu, Buykwe District

8.0 Remarks/Recommendations
Whisper wish to find a better communication and organization between the government bodies and their staff, therefore we can together improve our services to each other and together deliver affective long term changes to the communities in Uganda.

9.0 Conclusion
This year was very successful for Whisper as an organization. Our team of staff was working together as one to achieve positive changes in children's lives and communities.
Whisper thanks all its past and current employees, partners and volunteers for all the hard work, which led to the achievements in the past year
